THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT ( HEREINAFTER “YOU” or “YOUR”) AND JERO TECHNOLOGIES (HEREINAFTER “JERO”) GOVERNING YOUR USE OF JERO OF ONLINE BUSINESS PRODUCTIVITY AND COLLABORATION SOFTWARE
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Jero Technologies / Jeroworks.com / Jero.works platform (the "Platform"). By registering and using our services, all users—including companies, consultants, and job seekers—agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
This Agreement consists of the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the “General Terms”) and terms and conditions, if any, specific to use of individual Services (hereinafter the “Service Specific Terms”). In the event of a conflict between the General Terms and Service Specific Terms, the Service Specific Terms shall prevail.
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the Agreement . If you do not agree to the General Terms, do not use any of our Services. If you agree to the General Terms and do not agree to any Service Specific Terms, do not use the corresponding Service. You can accept the Agreement by checking a checkbox or clicking on a button indicating your acceptance of the Agreement or by actually using the Services.
We provide cloud software and applications for businesses, including associated offline and mobile applications ("Service" or "Services"). You may use the Services for your personal and business use or for internal business purpose in the organization that you represent. You may connect to the Services using any Internet browser supported by the Services. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment necessary to use the Services. You can create and edit content with your user account and if you choose to do so, you can publish and share such content.
We may offer certain Services as closed or open beta services ("Beta Service" or “Beta Services”) for the purpose of testing and evaluation. You agree that we have the sole authority and discretion to determine the period of time for testing and evaluation of Beta Services. We will be the sole judge of the success of such testing and the decision, if any, to offer the Beta Services as commercial services. You will be under no obligation to acquire a subscription to use any paid Service as a result of your subscription to any Beta Service. We reserve the right to fully or partially discontinue, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, any of the Beta Services with or without notice to you. You agree that Jero will not be liable to you or to any third party for any harm related to, arising out of, or caused by the modification, suspension or discontinuance of any of the Beta Services for any reason
This Contract applies to jero.works, Jero.live, JERO-branded apps and other JERO-related sites, apps, communications and other services that state that they are offered under this Contract ("Services"), including the offsite collection of data for those Services, such as our ads and the "Apply with JERO" and "Share with JERO" plugins. Registered users of our Services are "Members" and unregistered users are "Visitors".
You are entering into this Contract with JERO (also referred to as "we" and "us").
We use the term "Designated Country" to refer to India.
If you reside in the "Designated Country", you are entering into this Contract with Jero Technologies and JERO India will be the controller of your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with our Services.
This Contract applies to Members and Visitors.
As a Visitor or Member of our Services, the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to this Privacy Policy (which includes other documents referenced in this Privacy Policy) and updates.
When you register and join the JERO Service or become a registered user, you become a Member. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a "Visitor."
We may modify this Contract, and our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to it, we will provide you notice through our Services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. Your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these terms means that you are consenting to the updated terms as of their effective date.
You're eligible to enter into this Contract and you are at least our "Minimum Age."
The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 18.
To use the Services, you agree that: (1) you must be the "Minimum Age" (described below) or older; (2) you will only have one JERO account, which must be in your real name; and (3) you are not already restricted by JERO from using the Services. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others or persons under the age of 18.
"Minimum Age" means 18 years old. However, if law requires that you must be older in order for JERO to lawfully provide the Services to you without parental consent (including using of your personal data) then the Minimum Age is such older age.
Your password should be kept confidential at all times and should be compromised in any manner.
Members are account holders. You agree to: (1) use a strong password and keep it confidential; (2) not transfer any part of your account (e.g., connections) and (3) follow the law and our list of Dos and Don'ts and Professional Community Guidelines. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.
As between you and others (including your employer), your account belongs to you. However, if the Services were purchased by another party for you to use (e.g. Recruiter seat bought by your employer), the party paying for such Service has the right to control access to and get reports on your use of such paid Service; however, they do not have rights to your personal account.
You're okay with us providing notices and messages to you through our websites, apps, and contact information. If your contact information is out of date, you may miss out on important notices.
You agree that we will provide notices and messages to you in the following ways: (1) within the Service, or (2) sent to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number, physical address). You agree to keep your contact information up to date.
When you share information on our Services, others can see, copy and use that information.
Our Services allow messaging and sharing of information in many ways, such as your profile, articles, group posts, links to news articles, job postings, messages and one one one messages. Information and content that you share or post may be seen by other Members, Visitors or others (including off of the Services). Where we have made settings available, we will honor the choices you make about who can see content or information (e.g., message content to your addressees, sharing content only to JERO connections, restricting your profile visibility from search engines, or opting not to notify others of your JERO profile update). For job searching activities, we default to not notifying your connections network or the public. So, if you apply for a job through our Service or opt to signal that you are interested in a job, our default is to share it only with the job poster.
We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service and can remove it with or without notice.
You own all of the content, feedback and personal information you provide to us, but you also grant us a non-exclusive license to it.
We'll honor the choices you make about who gets to see your information and content, including how it can be used for ads.
As between you and JERO, you own the content and information that you submit or post to the Services, and you are only granting JERO and our affiliates the following non-exclusive license:
A worldwide, transferable and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish and process, information and content that you provide through our Services and the services of others, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others. These rights are limited in the following ways:
You and JERO agree that if content includes personal data, it is subject to our Privacy Policy.
You and JERO agree that we may access, store, process and use any information and personal data that you provide in accordance with, the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding our Services to JERO, you agree that JERO can use and share (but does not have to) such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
You promise to only provide information and content that you have the right to share, and that your JERO profile will be truthful.
You agree to only provide content or information that does not violate the law nor anyone's rights (including intellectual property rights). You also agree that your profile information will be truthful. JERO may be required by law to remove certain information or content in certain countries.
We may change or end any Service or modify our prices prospectively.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any of our Services. We may also modify our prices effective prospectively upon reasonable notice to the extent allowed under the law.
We don't promise to store or keep showing any information and content that you've posted. JERO is not a storage service. You agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of any content or information that you or others provide, except to the extent required by applicable law and as noted in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of others' content and information posted on our Services, is at your own risk.
Others may offer their own products and services through our Services, and we aren't responsible for those third-party activities.
In order to engage proactively with all the users, we have put in place a system where at all times, either bots or customer service personnel ("Facilitator") are available to address the concerns of the users.
By using the Services, you may encounter content or information that might be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. JERO generally does not review content provided by our Members or others. You agree that we are not responsible for others' (including other Members') content or information. We cannot always prevent this misuse of our Services, and you agree that we are not responsible for any such misuse. You also acknowledge the risk that you or your organization may be mistakenly associated with content about others when we let connections and followers know you or your organization were mentioned in the news.
JERO may help Members offering their services (career coaching, accounting, etc.) with Members seeking services. JERO does not perform nor employs individuals to perform these services. You must be at least 18 years of age to offer, perform or procure these services. You acknowledge that JERO does not supervise, direct, control or monitor Members in the performance of these services and agree that (1) JERO is not responsible for the offering, performance or procurement of these services, (2) JERO does not endorse any particular Member's offered services, and (3) nothing shall create an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between JERO and any Member offering services. If you are a Member offering services, you represent and warrant that you have all the required licenses and will provide services consistent with our Professional Community Guidelines.
Similarly, JERO may help you register for and/or attend events organized by Members and connect with other Members who are attendees at such events. You agree that (1) JERO is not responsible for the conduct of any of the Members or other attendees at such events, (2) JERO does not endorse any particular event listed on our Services, (3) JERO does not review and/or vet any of these events, and (4) that you will adhere to these terms and conditions that apply to such events.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if you breach this Contract or the law or are misusing the Services (e.g., violating any of the Dos and Don'ts or Professional Community Guidelines).
We're providing you notice about our intellectual property rights.
JERO reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the Services. Trademarks and logos used in connection with the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners. JERO logos and other JERO trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used for our Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of JERO.
We use data and information about you to make relevant suggestions to you and others.
We use the information and data that you provide and that we have about Members to make recommendations for connections, content and features that may be useful to you. For example, we use data and information about you to recommend jobs to you and you to recruiters. Keeping your profile accurate and up to date helps us to make these recommendations more accurate and relevant.
This is our disclaimer of legal liability for the quality, safety, or reliability of our Services.
JERO TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ABOUT THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY REPRESENTATION THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND PROVIDE THE SERVICES (INCLUDING CONTENT AND INFORMATION) ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, JERO AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, ACCURACY OF DATA, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE USER FEEDS INFORMATION/DATA INTO THE NETWORK AND AS SUCH JERO TIME HAS TO CONDUCTED ANY SEARCH TO CHECK WHETHER THIS CONTAINS ANY FALSE, DISTORTED, MANIPULATED, FRAUDULENT OR MISLEADING FACTS.
These are the limits of legal liability we may have to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (AND UNLESS JERO HAS ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT THAT OVERRIDES THIS CONTRACT), JERO, INCLUDING ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTRACT FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATION (E.G., OFFENSIVE OR DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS), LOSS OF DATA (E.G., DOWN TIME OR LOSS, USE OF, OR CHANGES TO, YOUR INFORMATION OR CONTENT) OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
JERO TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTRACT FOR ANY AMOUNT THAT EXCEEDS (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID OR PAYABLE BY YOU TO JERO FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT.
The limitations of liability in this Section 4 are part of the basis of the bargain between you and JERO and shall apply to all claims of liability (e.g., warranty, tort, negligence, contract and law) even if JERO or its affiliates has been told of the possibility of any such damage, and even if these remedies fail their essential purpose.
These limitations of liability do not apply to liability for death or personal injury or for fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or in cases of negligence where a material obligation has been breached, a material obligation being such which forms a prerequisite to our delivery of services and on which you may reasonably rely, but only to the extent that the damages were directly caused by the breach and were foreseeable upon conclusion of this Contract and to the extent that they are typical in the context of this Contract.
We can each end this Contract, but some rights and obligations survive.
Both you and JERO may terminate this Contract at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. The following shall survive termination:
In case of a dispute you and JERO agree to resolve in India courts using IPC law.
This section shall not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections under the law of the country to which we direct Services to you, where you have your habitual residence. If you live in the Designated Country: You and JERO India agree that the laws of India, excluding conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Contract and/or the Services. You and JERO India agree that claims and disputes can be litigated only in India, and we each agree to personal jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Here are some important details about the Contract.
In case any provision of the Contract is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability.
This Contract (including additional terms that may be provided by us when you engage with a feature of the Services) is the only agreement between us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements for the Services.
If we don't act to enforce a breach of this Contract, that does not mean that JERO has waived its right to enforce this Contract. You may not assign or transfer this Contract (or your membership or use of Services) to anyone without our consent. However, you agree that JERO may assign this Contract to its affiliates or a party that buys it without your consent. There are no third-party beneficiaries to this Contract.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We require that information posted by Members be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
We have authorized representatives who oversee all kinds of queries, issues and complaints. However, these queries, issues, and complaints will be meticulously examined and scrutinized before we revert. For general inquiries and legal notices - you may write us at these Support@jero.works
We request you to ensure that your actions do not negatively impact the users in any manner.
These Professional Community Guidelines ensure that the exchange on our platform is free of inappropriate and unwanted content or behavior. These Guidelines, which we continue to develop, provide guidance and rules for the use of our services.
You are requested to act responsibly. We request you to bring to our attention anything that you may believe violates our policies. You are requested to report such actions on Support@jero.works. These reports, along with our automated defenses, help us identify and prevent abuse and misbehavior. Please use the reporting tools responsibly and only for their intended purposes and not for unnecessary harassing other users.
A violation of these policies may result in us taking enforcement actions. Depending on the severity of the violation and a member's behavior or account history, we may block your account permanently.
11.1. Be trustworthy. Please do not use fake profiles. We request you to provide only real name and accurate information. Please do not use any information which may be considered misleading or deceptive.
11.2. Be professional. Please do not communicate in a manner which may be considered offensive or inappropriate. When creating content, we ask that you keep it professional, relevant, and on-topic. We request you to not use the services to shock or intimidate others. Sharing graphic, obscene, or pornographic content on the services is prohibited.
11.3. Be safe. We strive to maintain a civil and friendly community for our members. The services shouldn't be used to harm others or their careers or business prospects or to air personal grievances and disputes. Please do not harass, abuse, or send other unwelcome communications to people (e.g., romantic advances, sexually explicit content, junk mail, spam, chain letters, phishing schemes). We do not allow hate speech, hate groups, terrorists, or those who engage in violent crimes on the services.
11.4. Respect others' rights and follow the law. Do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights. he services should not be used for illegal activities, promoting illegal products, or violating the rights of others. Don't use the services to commit fraud or to try to trick others. Also, don't use the services to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, or other software that can destroy or interrupt others' data or computer devices.
11.5. Respect JERO's rights. Don't violate the rights of JERO. For more information about what this means, see our User Agreement. It's not okay to suggest that you're affiliated with or endorsed by JERO when you're not. Don't violate our intellectual property rights, scrape the services, or interfere with or disrupt the services.
jero.works is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information and content for its users / members / visitors who have a bona fide intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies and for other career enhancement services.
12. USE TO BE IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PURPOSE
jero.works (and related products) or service or product that is subscribe to or used (whether the same is paid for by you or not) is meant for the Purpose and only the exclusive use of the subscriber/registered user. Copying or downloading or recreating or sharing passwords or sublicensing or sharing in any manner which is not in accordance with these terms, is a misuse of the platform or service or product and jero.works reserves its rights to act in such manner as to protect its loss of revenue or reputation or claim damages including stopping your service or access and reporting to relevant authorities. In the event you are found to be copying or misusing or transmitting or crawling any data or photographs or graphics or video or any information available on jero.works for any purpose other than that being a bona fide Purpose, we reserve the right to take such action that we deem fit including stopping access and claiming damages
The site is a public site with free access and jero.works assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of responses. jero.works cannot monitor the responses that a person may receive in response to information he/she has displayed on the site. The individual/company would have to conduct its own background checks on the bonafide nature of all response(s).
You give us permission to use the information about actions that you have taken on jero.works in connection with ads, offers and other content (whether sponsored or not) that we display across our services, without any compensation to you. We use data and information about you to make relevant suggestions and recommendation to you and others.
The platform may contain links to third party websites, these links are provided solely as convenience to You and the presence of these links should not under any circumstances be considered as an endorsement of the contents of the same, if You chose to access these websites you do so at your own risk.
Whilst using this platform an obligation is cast upon you to only provide true and correct information and in the case of creating a profile you undertake to at all times keep the information up to date. jero.works will not be liable on account of any inaccuracy of information on this web site. It is the responsibility of the visitor to further research the information on the site. Any breach of privacy or of the information provided by the consumer to jero.works to be placed on the website by technical or any other means is not the responsibility of jero.works.
jero.works does not guarantee confidentiality of information provided to it by any person acquiring/using all/any information displayed on the jero.works website or Mobile Application or any of its other websites / domains owned and operated by jero.works/Jero.Live
jero.works shall share all such information that it has in its possession in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena. The user shall not utilize the services offered by jero.works website and Mobile application in any manner so as to impair the interests and functioning of jero.works/Mobile Applications. The user undertakes not to duplicate, download publish, modify and distribute material on jero.works/Mobile Applications unless specifically authorized by jero.works in this regard.
The user undertakes to use jero.works for his/her own purposes. Using content from jero.works for derivative works with a commercial motive without prior written consent from jero.works is strictly prohibited.
Users undertake that the services offered by jero.works/ JERO APP shall not be utilized to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail. jero.works reserves the right to filter and monitor and block the emails sent by you/user using the servers maintained by jero.works to relay emails. All attempts shall be made by jero.works and the user to abide by International Best Practices in containing and eliminating Spam.
Users shall not spam the platform maintained by jero.works / JERO APP or indiscriminately and repeatedly post jobs/forward mail indiscriminately etc. Any conduct of the user in violation of this clause shall entitle jero.works to forthwith terminate all services to the user without notice and to forfeit any amounts paid by him.
The user shall not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
The user expressly states that the resume/insertion or information/ data /Job post being fed into the network of jero.works by the user is correct and complete in all respects and does not contain any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent or misleading facts or averments. jero.works (Managed by Jero Technologies) expressly disclaims any liability arising out of the said resume insertion/information/ data so fed into the network of jero.works. by the user. Further, the user agrees to indemnify jero.works for all losses incurred by jero.works due to any false, distorted, manipulated, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable averments made by the user on the network of jero.works.
The users must be authorized by the company/organization on the behalf of them to post a job on jero.works platform (Website/Mobile App).
The users must be agreed while post making a video resume on jero.works platform that his/her personal information can be used by third party apps or companies for offering the products/services/Job opportunity to the users.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the User password and user identification and all activities and transmission performed by the User through his user identification and shall be solely responsible for carrying out any online or off-line transaction involving credit cards / debit cards or such other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions and jero.works assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards / debit cards used by the subscriber online / off-line.
The User/Subscriber/Visitor to jero.works and/or its affiliated websites or Mobile applications does hereby specifically agree that he/she shall, at all times, comply with the requirements of the Information Technologies Act, 2000 as also rules, regulations, guidelines, bye laws and notifications made thereunder, while assessing or feeding any resume/ insertion or information/data into the computers, computer systems or computer network of jero.works. The said User/ subscriber/ visitor to jero.works and/or its affiliated websites/App does further unequivocally declare that in case he violates any provisions of the Information Technologies Act, 2000 and/or rules, regulations, guidelines, byelaws and notifications made thereunder, he shall alone be responsible for all his acts, deeds and things and that he alone shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force.
The User is solely responsible for obtaining, at his own cost, all licenses, permits, consents, approvals and intellectual property or other rights as may be required by the user for using the Service.
13. THE USER REPRESENTS, WARRANTS AND COVENANTS THAT ITS USE OF jero.works SHALL NOT BE DONE IN A MANNER SO AS TO:
a. Violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation;
b. Interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to jero.works;
c. Impersonate any other person or entity, or make any misrepresentation as to your employment by or affiliation with any other person or entity;
d. Forge headers or in any manner manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any user information;
e. Interfere with or disrupt the use of jero.works by any other user, nor "stalk", threaten, or in any manner harass another user;
f. Use jero.works in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others;
g. Reproduce, copy, modify, sell, store, distribute or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes jero.works, or any component thereof (including, but not limited to any materials or information accessible through jero.works);
h. Use content from the Site for derivative works with a commercial motive without prior written consent of the jero.works.
i. Use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of jero.works; or
j. Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on jerowork.com/jero.works infrastructure.
k. Spamming jero.works/jero.works by indiscriminately and repeatedly posting content or forwarding mail that may be considered spam etc.
l. Access data not intended for you or log into server or account that you are not authorized to access;
m. Constitute an act of reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering or otherwise attempting to derive the source code for the Site or any related Technologies or any part thereof
n. Engage in "framing," "mirroring," or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Site
o. Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network;
p. Use automated means to crawl and/or scrape content from jero.works and to manually scrape content from jero.works;
q. The Site uses technological means to exclude Robots etc. from crawling it and scraping content. You undertake not to circumvent these methods.
r. Access the Site except through the interfaces expressly provided by jero.works;
s. Attempt or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
14. Final Acceptance from the users
14.1 Must Comply the Terms
a. Platform Role: Jero Technologies provides a digital platform connecting job seekers, companies, and consultants. We do not employ users, guarantee job placements, or validate agreements made between parties.
b. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
a. No Liability for Business Losses: Any business loss or damage resulting from transactions between users (companies, consultants, job seekers) is solely their responsibility. Jero Technologies / Jeroworks.com / Jero.works is not liable for disputes, missed payments, or operational failures between users.
b. No Liability for Fraudulent Users: Users are responsible for verifying the authenticity of companies, job seekers, and consultants. If any fake entity registers or shares misleading information, Jero Technologies is not responsible for any consequences.
c. No Guarantee of Employment or Payment: We do not guarantee that job seekers will secure employment or that consultants, companies or freelancers will receive payment. Users engage at their own risk.

a. Accurate Information: Users must provide correct details during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to account suspension or legal action.
b. Legal Compliance: Users must comply with applicable employment, tax, and business laws. Jero Technologies is not responsible for any legal violations committed by users.
c. Independent Relationships: We do not establish employment, partnership, or agency relationships with users. Users must create and manage their own contractual terms outside of the Platform.
Users agree not to engage in the following:
a. Fraudulent Registrations: Creating fake profiles, misleading job posts, or impersonating others will lead to permanent account suspension.
b. Off-Platform Transactions (if payment features are introduced in the future): Users must not attempt to conduct financial transactions outside the Platform.
c. Intellectual Property Violations: Users must not copy, distribute, or misuse proprietary content belonging to Jero Technologies or other users.
d. Spamming & Misuse: Sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or other disruptive activities is strictly prohibited.
a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
b. Users can request account deletion, but certain data may be retained for legal and security purposes.
a. Jero Technologies is not responsible for resolving disputes between users. Parties must independently settle disputes or seek legal assistance.
b. If a dispute arises involving Jero Technologies, it will be subject to arbitration under the india jurisdiction of laws only.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jero Technologies / Jeroworks.com / Jero.works from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions on the Platform.
